Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Make sure lids are tightly closed to maintain product integrity.

‘Pre-order’ means you’re reserving a product before it officially launches. Payment is taken at checkout, and your item will ship as soon as it becomes available. Estimated delivery dates are noted on the product page.

Shipping

Our online store now offers free 3-5 day shipping for UAE domestic addresses only, regardless of what you order.

If your order status says delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with neighbors or your local courier. Still nothing? Reach out to us, and we’ll help track it down.

We’re sorry! If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Don’t worry! Sometimes, it takes a couple of days to update your shipment status. Email us at info@nancy-beauty.com and we will let you know where your package is.

Returns & Exchanges

At Nancy Beautè, we offer free returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all seals intact. Returns must include proof of purchase. Once received, products will be inspected before a refund is processed. Please note: return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
